Things have taken a turn for the better here, but we still have a long way to go. When I can find my way to making crude jokes at others' expense again, I'll be back.

I'm glad to hear there's been some improvement. Though you and I have never met I think of you as a friend and hope that when we do clink glasses at a bar one day it will be with all your present worries behind you.
So many people are thinking about you and yours, it's got to be a good thing.
David, I'm sure I'm not the only person who is here for you however you need. (Well, almost. You know.) Again - take care.
