Where the hell is everybody?

It's come to my attention that readers of The Planet wonder why so few comments lately. Easy. Everyone's over at Crimespace. Go check out the Forum. Lots of chatter and plenty of opportunities to kill time. Like you need more.

I have been remiss in not adding Crimespace to my linky things over there but I'll rectify that this weekend.

Maybe.

I haven't been at Crimespace. I haven't been anywhere except at my own blog, which I'm sort of obligated to paticipate in. I'm in that self-imposed Purgatory called Trying to Finish the First Draft.

Me too, Karen. Me too. But unlike you, I'm still wrestling this second book to the ground.

Hmm, maybe I spend too much time in the Internet tubes.

You know, those Internets tubes are quite like hamster tubes...you go in but do you ever really get out?

I'm working on that first draft too, and it's actually moving forward. Not as fast as I'd like, but no one forced me to create Crimespace.

Damned Intertubes.

I've just been trying to get through my own struggles in life without writing a real crime story. I wax and wan from the tubes. I hope to soon disengage from all those who would drive me to a crime of passion and get back to both my tubes and my writing. Which isn't crime writing, but its writing of a sort.
